Here Anderson’s politics are compared to the politics of Robeson. According to Kaplan, politics is plural in the context and hence the use of ‘those’ in choice A.
I agree that when we discuss specific cases of politics such as Anderson’s politics or Robeson’s politics, the norm will be to treat politics as plural, although it is considered singular in a broader sense such as when it refers the art of governance and management. So A is the correct choice.

Hi Daagh,
I selected A because others look so bad. But is "politics" not singular?
IMO option A should read like "...,showed her politics to be quite unlike that of..."
