Alumni - Plural
Alumnus - Singular

For alumni THAT OR For alumnus THAT - both are correct. It does not matter whether the subject is singular or plural. that can be used for both. However, Just notice the VERB that comes after THAT :)

Just for the reference, here is official example:
Some bat caves, like honeybee hives, have residents that take on different duties such as defending the entrance, acting as sentinels and to sound a warning at the approach of danger, and scouting outside the cave for new food and roosting sites
