IMO A .

Published since 1818 indicates that it is still getting published .

So use of simple present looks okay

A. Looks okay
B. uses simple past incorrect.
C. Incorrect use of past participle modifier , modifying forecasts.

D . Again simple past

The highlighted part must ,modify what follows it, in this case it is the Farmers' Almanac

Further since 1818 suggests a continuing action hence, contains perfectly fits in, nothing wrong with the OA, COrrect answer IMHO is (A)

Since past participle is at the beginning of the sentence it should modify the subject of the main clause and in case the subject of the main clause happens to be "Farmers' Almanac"

Hence, the answer should be A.
