It is unnecessary to think and waste time about she in th context since she or her is not part of any of the choices. Test takers should not fall into such traps. Probably that was a men's college,one can imgine.

Meaning can lead one to B, but then again I am skeptical of eliminating D purely on the basis of "hands".

What if I am dictating that one must raise both hands in my school?

What is more correct here?

Raise hand and ask
Or
Raise hand to ask.

I prefer the latter construction as the events are dependent.
