Answer IMO A
"Views" is being compared here. Democrats' views Vs Republicans' views. - Only A, C and D have the right comparisons.
C- "over" is inappropriate as compared to "than".
D- wordy

Democrats’ views, which favor progressive taxation and a liberal philosophy, are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republicans’.

So basically the sentence is comparing two things Democrats' views and Republicans' views.. there is no need to repeat views and hence nothing is wrong with A

However following are the errors in other sentences :-
B) are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republican. --- Views compared to a Republican --- you can only compare similar things - Wrong answer.

C) are generally deemed the most revolutionary over Republicans’. -- The most revolutionary - unnecessary use of superlative form.

D) are generally deemed more revolutionary in comparison to those of Republicans. --- in comparison to those of Republicans --- Wordy sentence

E) are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republicans. ---- we need to compare Views not political parties.

Democrats’ views, which favor progressive taxation and a liberal philosophy, are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republicans’.

A) are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republicans’. Correct

This sentence displays the use of what we call an ellipsis, i.e. an omission of words that are implied but not explicitly written.

It technically reads "...are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republican's views

B) are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republican.

The comparison is off. Democrats' views should not be compared with Republican

C) are generally deemed the most revolutionary over Republicans’.

Non-idiomatic.

D) are generally deemed more revolutionary in comparison to those of Republicans.

The demonstrative pronoun those of does not make sense here. Read literally, it suggests that "...are generally deemed more revolutionary in comparison to Democrats' views of Republicans. What? Republicans have their own views not the views of the opposing party.

E) are generally deemed more revolutionary than Republicans.

Again, the comparison is off.

1) Option C changes the meaning of the sentence by replacing more with most, so that can be eliminated right away.
2)We are comparing Democrat's with Republican's so both the Subject and Object should be in agreement (singluar/plural). Using this we can eliminate B, D & E.

The correct option is A
