Using POE
A) Pakistan making (Pakistan is not making the Muslim majority nation, pepsi company is supposed to do that work) (Eliminate)
B) Pakistan, making (Correct usage of comma to split between the verb and other noun) (Keep this)
C) Pakistan which makes (which can only be used either after comma or a preposition. None of which is case) (Eliminate)
D) Pakistan, which makes (Same as A, Pepsi is supposedly subject here not Pakistan) (Eliminate)
E) Pakistan that make (Pakistan is not the subject, so Pakistan don't make the Muslim majority nation as the global market. Illogical)

Looking at problem, there are two clauses, comma if preferable to seperate them.
Pakistan....which makes..... ,which makes....that make : here meaning error. Pakistan is not making anything..... but the act (80%share in pakistan).
