A. demanding that they should : They refers to Employees but we need IT that will refer to Management ( Singular )
B. demanding it to : Employees demanding is Incorrect ; Employees demand would have been correct
C. and their demand to : and implies that the employees and their demand are 2 different issues instead of 1

So left with D and E.. was little confused but as the original sentence is having SHOULD and E removes should making it more obligatory for the management , so i went with D..

I went with D. How is it possible to use should and demand together. It's just redundant.

Are you sure is D?
There are two ways when you use "demand":
The boss demands his employees TO WORK more.
The boss demands that his employees WORK more.

Based on what I read about SC in GMAT, there are not more options.

IMO is E.

'Should' cant be used with demand that..

imo E

Also would be good if someone points out the error in C!

Hey, this one is similar to the Coca-Cola company and the answer to the Coca_cola is D since "demand" is subjunctive and must be followed by "that"

I think answer should be E. D doesn't confirm to subjunctive mood structure.

I agree with D. "demand" and "should" are creating a subjunctive mood. Hence "that" is required.

This is poor question although the choice (D) is the best. Subjunctive mood cannot be use with 'should' in GMAT, referring to MGMAT SC page 114.

(A) and (B) demanding is not work here. It make sense that all of clause preceding demand, not the employees
(C) is wordy
(E) is wrong in idiom of subjunctive. You cannot say 'X demand Y to do'
