Because we want to prove that the author is correct, we have to show that the capacity of the energy drink cooler was at least equal to the capacity of the Beer cooler.
(A) The two coolers at the bar in question are the only place in the nightclub where the energy drinks and beer are stored.- Even if these r the only places where beer or energy drink is sold, we still dont know the capacity of the coolers. Irrelevant.

First, we must identify the conclusion as the area in the highlighted yellow box.
"He should restock more energy drinks" --this is what goes in the blue box.
And what is the based on? It's based on the stuff in the green box - all the information that was presented before the conclusion/argument was made.
If you notice two coolers and one seems more empty than the other, then naturally you should wonder:
1) Did they both start off full?
2) It seems as if lots of people are drinking energy drinks really fast - is that true?
These are things you should be thinking about BEFORE you look at the answer choices - this is the pre-thinking part so at least you have something in mind before you look at the answer choices.
