I think this question should be tagged under Inference question type and not under Strengthen question type.

Could be, but E talks about UV in general. UV is the superset and UVA, UVB are the subsets. I think it could be an inference if it was the other way round:
if it applies to the superset, then it should apply to the subsets.

This is an inference question as here the stimuli is asked to support the answer rather than answer supporting stimuli.
Kudos me if it helped

FACT 1 : UVB are effective in treatinga disease.

FACT 2 :Windows art home block UVB and passe UVA.

Inferred Conclusion: Windows will prevent Disease treatment.

Now look at the options:

(A) All wavelengths of sunlight that can treat psoriasis are filtered out by the ozone layer. No WINDOW, NO UVA. If Ozone has clocked everything then Fact will become False. Which is Incorrect.

(B) One can still undergo UVB sunlight treatment for psoriasis while protecting oneself with sunscreen. --> SUNSCREEN?? OFS.

(C) Some people have cases of psoriasis that don't respond to UVB sunlight treatment. --> SO what? What about other? IRRELEVANT.

(D) A single wavelength of UVA sunlight can cause skin to sag and wrinkle in sensitive people but behind a glass window these aging effects are minimized. --> We are more interested in UVB. IRRELEVANT.

(E) The UV rays that treat psoriasis are more likely reach the area of treatment where there is no window glass than where there is. Awesome. Inline with what we thought.

UVB rays are effective in the treatment of psoriasis, a condition where skin grows too quickly resulting in patchy blocks of skin. Treatment at home next to a window with sunlight does not suffice as glass allows UVA rays to pass through but blocks UVB rays.

The answer will contain - UV rays as well as mention of its passage through windows/ comparison.
Only E contains this.

(A) All wavelengths of sunlight that can treat psoriasis are filtered out by the ozone layer.

(B) One can still undergo UVB sunlight treatment for psoriasis while protecting oneself with sunscreen.

(C) Some people have cases of psoriasis that don't respond to UVB sunlight treatment.

(D) A single wavelength of UVA sunlight can cause skin to sag and wrinkle in sensitive people but behind a glass window these aging effects are minimized.
No logic is provided behind this- " UVA sunlight can cause skin to sag" ?
(E) The UV rays that treat psoriasis are more likely reach the area of treatment where there is no window glass than where there is.
