questions to help others prepare better..
I would say to make sure to have your answers to the normal question well-practiced (elevator pitch, why MBA, why ESADE, why now). Identify two or three key traits that you feel are important to your candidacy and make sure that you work those into each answer. Identify one or two ways that you would get involved on-campus as they will likely ask about that.
My interviewer asked several questions about Barcelona - had I ever been there, why did I want to live there, what did I know about the city, etc. Also, whether I thought I would do 12, 15, or 18 month (that one should be easy if you have your career goals down).
Other than that, just make sure to be friendly and honest. Again, I can't say enough about how pleasant the ESADE experience was.
