D. Bill visits the Westside apparel store at Mall X more frequently than Andy does.
How one can say this, it could be
--Andy visits even more than Bill but they both have not recognised or saw eventhough the store is small
--Andy might visit on different days and time may 3 times in a week on Mon,Tue,Wed on morning hours and Bill visits on Thu, Fri , Sat on evening hours
--Also happens that Bill visits more no.of times on the same and Andy stays longer on the same day like on Sundays and Andy visits every day when Bill is not . but no.of times both visits could be same

E. The Westside store, being a mini store is mostly visited by loyal customers of Westside when they visit
Mall X.
Loyal means when anyone visits/uses more frequently so mostly visited by loyal ones. Bill already confirmed he is loyal and Andy might not be Loyal but that does not negate the wordings of E. It only talks about loyal customers but not about Andy or Bill.

I think E is the best answer, can anyone argue and prove me wrong please so that I can change my way of understanding.

--Andy visits even more than Bill but they both have not recognised or saw eventhough the store is small:
After all, the Westside store at mall X is a mini store capable of accommodating very few customers at the same time.
The word "after all" is good enough to presume that people will see each other when they visit the store simultaneously - however the assumption that when they see each other they would not recognize each other is a bit too far-fetched in this context.

--Andy might visit on different days and time may 3 times in a week on Mon,Tue,Wed on morning hours and Bill visits on Thu, Fri , Sat on evening hours.
Not possible - whenever Andy visits, he sees Bill almost everytime.

--Also happens that Bill visits more no.of times on the same and Andy stays longer on the same day like on Sundays and Andy visits every day when Bill is not . but no.of times both visits could be same.
Not possible - if Andy visits everyday, then Bill must visit almost everyday - Andy sees bill almost on every visit.

This questions is almost a mathematical problem and it can be inferred, without much ambiguity, that Bill travels almost five times as frequently as Andy. D is the correct answer.

Nothing has been mentioned about what kind of customers visit the stores - other than Andy and bill, no other customer has been mentioned - even for Andy and Bill it is not mentioned whether they are loyal. ( say Andy visits 5 times in 1 year and Andy visits once in 1 year - or may be 10 years - that is not likely be sign of loyalty) - nothing can be concluded about the loyalty of Andy, Bill or any other customer visiting the store. Therefore option E is wrong.
