Red molluscs arrive on New Mexico's beaches to lay eggs during early March. Some native shorebirds depend on these eggs for food during their annual spring migration to their northern breeding grounds. New Mexico's Mollusc population has declined recently. This decline, however, poses no serious threat to the migrating shorebird populations: by remaining longer in New Mexico, the birds will be able to eat enough eggs to allow them to complete their migration.

B. Red molluscs do not conceal their eggs.:  Not related. Eggs are going to be eaten anyways 
C. Amongst the foods available to the birds on New Mexico's beaches, Mollusc eggs are the most nutritious and accessible.:  Fine, they are accessible, but egg's accessibility isn't changing 
D. Extensive harvesting of Red molluscs by humans is responsible for the decline in the number of Red molluscs on New Mexico's beaches. :  out of scope 
E. The earlier in the season the shorebirds complete their migration, the more likely they are to breed successfully.:  This will directly affect the migration shorebird's population

Option E weakens the conclusion by adding an additional premise which says that staying longer hours on the shore might have a deleterious effect on the shorebirds ability to breed once the birds complete their migration.

Even though the question is not highly i would argue it to be on the higher side now let's take look out on the options 
A- if even after decimation of the mollucs they show a substantial concentration in the veach then it wil aid the sea birds to get the right and compete their migration scucesfully it strengthens not weakens 
B- this also strengthens and aid in the migration of the sea birds
C -another strengthen argument the eggs are the best option for the birds 
D - yet again another argument that supports the passage yes there has been decrease in population and the cause has been similar species that's tying behind the screen 
E - i hope this is the answer i have eleminated all other options and yes of course it has to weaken due to the decrease in eggs then the sea birds has to wait for sometime but this might prove disastrous for their breeding season .
