Question - What is the best way to reduce both obesity and anorexia?
Option A is best plan to reduce obesity. As a result, anorexia will also be reduced.

The passage talks about following age groups pre-teens and teens. Choices C, D and E are easy to eliminate. Between A and B only A correctly talks about the age groups mentioned in the passage. It talks about these age groups in correct context and scope of the passage. On the other hand choice B talks about all age groups which are beyond scope of the passage.
