EUS might have household responsiblities(like taking care of siblings, helping parents in chores,part time jov etc) that they need to attend. Hence spend less time in school, but in order to compensate the loss in their studies, EUS attends workshops on weekends so that thier academic needs don't suffer.
Option B bridges the gap between the premise and the conclusion and helps explain the paradox.

How can I draw conclusion between these students mentioned in B and those students mentioned in paragraph "students from economically underprivileged backgrounds, who study free of charge". Set B is a subset of mentioned students, and not the same set.
I don't agree with the official answer. Can someone please help?
