We can use mnemonics/variables to understand the flow.
x = 15 cents
y = 10 cents
Statement:
First Sentence: x for some, y for others.
Second Sentence: if not y, then x.
Options
x = class in lab
y = class in a normal class
Because the first sentence of the options is same, let's just focus on the second half of these options.
Only option E fits.
