Flaw in the argument: Just because her lawyer returns her phone calls, the lawyer can't be called skillful and experienced.
Yes, returning the phone calls is a necessary condition, but that alone is not sufficient.
Eliminate A: Ted might or might not play. It is not flawed.
Eliminate B: Sandy is an opposing party, so she didn't get it. Reasoning is not flawed.
Eliminate C: Since Jimmy is a fan, he will see the movie someday for sure, if not recently. Its not flawed.
