- The last sentence begins with the second boldface portion which is a goal of the plan preferred by the author. The phrase rightly plans tells us that this last sentence is the argument's conclusion based on that goal.

Confused between Opt E and C .
I eliminated E for this reason - second part of this choice states "further evidence used" . This isnt an evidence . Its an aim. Hence choose opt C .
