It's an Inference question and lately, I have developed a liking for Inference questions as you just need to decipher from what has been given to you and no extra BS.
Camp provides activities for children in the age group of 13 to 18.
If a camp participant under 16 wants to attend a sleepover he/she needs NOC from parents. (Scout Camping)
A. No camp members who are 16 and over need permission slips from their parent or guardian in order to attend the sleepover.
We are assuming things here as nothing has been said about the same. It's Out.
