IMHO it should be C

(A) students are stimulated to grow intellectually only in English classes -- This is too narrow. It's not specified that ONLY English helps to grow intellectually

(B) only graduates with degrees in technical subjects get good jobs -- With the usage of word of "ONLY", this is too extreme as well. This choice is trying to say that students who graduate only with degrees in technical subject gets good job, and other graduates may not even get a good job -- Hence this is not the right choice

(C) not every university class exposes students to a wide range of ideas -- This is the right choice

(D) intellectual growth is more important than financial security - The argument by both don't lead to this or hint this

(E) financial security is more important than intellectual growth - The argument by both don't lead to this or hint this
