Let's say total applications to be received were 100
However, the students who sent applications were 80
The applications which were not acted upon were total - form filled= 100-80=20
Therefore, 20 students more can send their application.
Some of the barrels have not yet been loaded on the truck, but all of the apples have been put into barrels. So, some more apples will be loaded onto the truck.
Total apples available=100
Total No. of cartons=10
capacity of each carton=20
no. of cartons filled = 100/20=5
meaning 5 cartons are empty. That means more apples can be filled in those cartons.
Therefore Option A
Let's say total applications to be received were 100
