A - contradicts with argument - argument states that social awareness's are rare among politicians
B - against argument
C - this choice is extreme. argument states about a common man that doesnt indicates every person
D - behave? what kind of behave?
E - we can say that there is some politicians who aware about social trends, because argument dosent states that social awareness's are not present in all politicians. hence Correct choice

(B) Experience in politics makes one lose awareness of everyday life. Nowhere suggested in the argument. Therefore, incorrect.
(C) Every person who observes the ground reality, changing rapidly around him, and is not a politician has insights about the changing nature of social values. Again extreme by the presence of every and not a politician. Therefore, incorrect.
(D) Politicians rarely behave like common men. No where suggested in the passage and moreover just on the basis of social skills/knowledge you cannot make such a broad statement. Therefore, incorrect.
(E) Some politicians are no less aware of social trends than typical common men Correct as the question says most meaning that it leaves the scope for 1 to anything < 50%
