Hi,
the area of parallelogram is base * height..
here base is 8 and the perpendicular to this base <3, as a line through 94 degree angle between two parallel lines is 3..
so 90 degree will make a line less than 3..
so area will be 8* something lesser than 3...
area<24..

The Q is wrong teh way it is..
the length of the base could be 1000 or 1, if no info is given..
we just know that the heigh tof parallelogram is slightly less than 3, as the angle is 94 degree..
please post all details
