Prime factorization of both the numbers is as follows
220 = 2 * 2 * 5 * 11
sum of the prime factors of 220 = 20
330 = 2 *3 * 5 * 11
sum of prime factors of 330 = 21
addition of both = 20 + 21 = 41
correct Answer - D

Very Confusing This question.
The answer can either be 41 or 21.
Here => What in sum of all the prime factors we are counting them twice and thrice.
Bit odd.

lets try
220 330
11 20 30
2 10 15
5 2 3
11+2+5= 18 (not in the option)

Im doing something wrong
let me seprate & answer will be 41 :)

220 =(2^2)(5)(11) --> sum = 20

330 =(2)(3)(5)(11) --> sum = 21

20+21 = 41

Notice that what's going on is that Skywalker18 used 4 to represent the two 2s in the prime factorization of 220.

So, the above is a little unclear, but it's basically correct.
