\(\frac{1}{8}= 0.125\)..
so 1/8 is 0.127-0.125 greater
\(0.127-0.125 = 0.002 = \frac{2}{1000}=\frac{1}{500}\)

0.127 => \(\frac{127}{1000}\)

1/8 => \(\frac{125}{1000}\)

So, 0.127 is greater than \(\frac{1}{8}\) by \(\frac{2}{1000}\) ( or \(\frac{1}{500}\) )

Hence correct answer will be D. \(\frac{1}{500}\)

1/8 =0.125
0.127-0.125 = 0.002 = 2/1000 =1/500

then
.127-1/8=x
127/1000-1/8=x
127-125/1000=x
2/1000=x
x=1/500

We have to find difference .127 and \(\frac{1}{8}\)

\(\frac{1}{8}\) = \(\frac{125}{1000}\)

.127 = \(\frac{127}{1000}\)

\(\frac{127}{1000}\) - \(\frac{125}{1000}\) = \(\frac{2}{1000}\) = \(\frac{1}{500}\)

Correct Answer - D
