Area of the triangle = 1/2*base*height.
Here base = Distance between (6,3) and (6,-3) => 3-(-3) = 6
Height = distance between the base (6,0) and 4,0 => 2
Area = 1/2*6*2 = 6. Hence D.
Here base = Distance between (6,3) and (6,-3) => 3-(-3) = 6
Height = distance between the base (6,0) and 4,0 => 2
Area = 1/2*6*2 = 6. Hence D.
