the Q is all about understanding it well.. 
Two cases-  difficult and moderate.. 
60% of T are multiple type so remaining 40% are subjective..
  30% of T are subjective in B, so L missed out answering 10% of T, which were subjective and were in A..  
so percentage of the subjective questions were not answered by Lampard = ( 10% of T/40% of T ) * 100 =  \frac{1}{4}*100=25%

hi..

say category A has A Q and Category B has B q..
so A+B =t, that is total..
we are looking at subjective only..
now subjective is in category A and B both..
category B has 40% of (A+B)or  40% of T ..

this means he answered these  30% of T ..

what subjective he didnot answer  40%of T  -  30% of T = 10% of T..

total subjective were 40% of T and he did not answer 10% of T ..
so 10/40=25%

Let the total number of questions in the exam be 100.
# of multiple choice questions= 60
# of subjective questions= 40 ("rests were subjective")
Out of 40 subjective questions, 30 are Subjective-B and 10 are Subjective-A. ("30% of all questions were subjective questions in category B": 30% of 100 questions)
Lampard answered all category B questions --> He answered 30 of the subjective questions and did not answer 10 of the subjective questions.
We have to find 10 is what percent of 40.
40*(x/100)=10 ==> x=25

This question appeared little differently in my mock test as below:

If Jack answered the category B questions only, what percentage of the subjective questions were not answered by Jack?

Cannot be determined

- I ended up marking  cannot be determined  for this question, as in the question, it doesn't mention that Jack answered ALL the questions from section B, it simply says, Jack answered category B questions only.
So, let's say he could have answered only 5 out of 30, so, 25 from section B + 10 from section would be 35/100
so, there could be multiple combinations, Hence CBD as per me.

Also, I wanted to check if GMAT gives "CANNOT BE DETERMINED" as an option in PS questions
