rewrite: 2^6 * 9 * 1/144

= 64 * 9 * 1/144
=576/144
=4

the question (2^3)^2*3^2*12^-2 = 2^6*3^2/(2^4*3^2) = 2^2 = 4 Option B right answer

pls refer below snap from gmat club math book

Hope i guess the stated exponent falls under last example in the snap
