To answer such questions we need to give a vertical glance to all the options.
Option A, D and E have first terms common i.e. 5.43, But if we closely look at option D and E then we notice that two are not equal as subtracting parts are both bigger in Option D than the ones in option E i.e. Answer must be one of the options D and E
Now checking Option A and D, Positive part is 0. 1 more in D but subtracting part also is 0.1 more in D i.e. D and A are equal hence
Answer: Option E

Since this question looks like it would be a pain to actually calculate, we'll look for a different method.
This is an Alternative approach.
If we first look only at the ones' digits, we see that all the answers are the same:
All of them have 3 + 3 - 4 - 2 in their ones' digit location.
Next we'll look at the tens' digits.
Since we can SEE that they're different numbers, we'll write them down to see if one option has a different sum.
A. 4+6-2-3 = 5
B. 5+7-3-4 = 5
C. 5+5-3-2 = 5
D. 4+7-2-4 = 5
E. 4+7-1-2 = 8
(E) must be our answer
