from given equations: -12b-2a =10b+80
-22b -2a =80 OR -11b-a = 40 ......(1)
& 9a-b=10b+80 9a-11b= 80 ........(2)
so from these two we get a =4 and b =-4 so 11a+11b = 0

11 a = -11 b
a = -b .
Question:
11a + 11b
= 11(-b) + 11 b
= 0
The best answer is C.
