A very good and quick method if you can get hang of it..
So two percentages 48 and 30 and we are looking for final average percentage..
The ratio of U to F is 5:1 and % are 48 : 30..
As per the method.. average = 48-(  \frac{48-30}{5+1} -1) = 48-3=45

You can also make equations and do it..
Let the number of framed be 100, so unframed = 500...
48% of 500 = 500*48/100=240
30% of 100 = 30
So total sold is 240+30=270..
% sold =  \frac{270}{600} *100=270/6=45
