12 O'clock the angle between the hour hand and minute hand = 0º
CONCEPT: The minute hand moves in 1 min = 6º
The Hour hand moves in 1 min = (1/2)º
i.e. Change of angle between minute hand and hour hand in every minute = 6-(1/2) = 11/2º
i.e at 12:35, change in angle in 35 minutes after 12 o'clock = 35*(11/2) = 385/2
i.e. at 12:36, change in angle in 36 minutes after 12 o'clock = 36*(11/2) = 396/2
Difference of angles = (396/2)-(385/2) = 11/2º
Answer: Option C
