Atleast 1 drink =90%
Atleast 2 drink = 60%
Therefore exactly one drink = 30%
Exactly 3 drinks = 20%
Therefore exactly 2 drinks = 40%
Therefore one or two = 30+40=70%

Question is asking the total percentage of members who drink 1 or 2 of the 3.

Since Total members who drink is 90% and members who drank all three are 20%, members who drank 1 or 2 is equal to 90-20=70

exactly 1 + exactly 2 + exactly 3 + neither = total

Need to calculate exactly 1 + exactly 2 (say x)

x + 20 + 10 = 100
=> x = 70

(C) is the correct answer.
