Can somebody explain this in a bit more detail?

The wheel X° = 3 cm and 360-X°=7 cm because it rolls left to right. Also, this mean that circumference of the wheel = 10 cm.

So, if circumference = 10 cm --> is 360°
if part of wheel = 3 cm --> is 360*3/10 = 108°

The answer is 108°

Answer is Option B

Explanation : we know the length of arc is L = 2 * pi * r * Θ/360

For the first time it rolls it will be
3 = 2*pi*r*x
Second time when it roles it will be
7 = 2 * pi * r * (360-x)

Combining both the equation
3/2*pi*r*x = 7/2*pi*r*(360-x)

x = 108
