Shouldn't it be 83?
(27+15)^2 - (63-22)^2 = 42^2 - 41^2 (42+41)*(42-41) = 83*1 = 83.

(27+15)^2 - (63-22)^2 = 42^2 - 41^2 (42+41)*(42-41) = 83*1 = 83.
