Approach:
Assume all 4 solution be in ratio: 1x:2x:3x:4x or take a simple case x = 1L(1000ml).
Each solution composition(in ml) of alcohol / non-alcohol would be:
A: 200/800
B: 800/1200
C: 1500/1500
D: 4000/0
Total Alcohol/Non-Alcohol Composition: 6500/3500
percentage of alcohol in the resultant solution: 65%
