D=130 km
for 30 km speed =100 , time= 18 mins,
for next 50 km , speed=50 , time= 60 mins
for last 50 km time 120 mins
so total time=198 mins,
for car 2
1st 50 km, speed=100, time=30mins,
next 50 km , speed=50, time=60 minutes
so 90 minutes done
left time=108 minutes or 1.8 hrs
speed =25
Distance covered by car 2=25*1.8=45 km
so, distance left 50-45=5km

Time of Car 1 as well as Car 2 to reach B = (50/100) + (50/50) + (50/25) = 3.5 hours
Time for Car 1 to cover first 20 km = 20/100 = 12 minutes
i.e. we need to find where is Car 2 12 min before it reaches B
In last 12 minutes Car 2 travels distance = 25*(12/60) = 5 km
Answer: Option C
