AP*PB = CP*DP
4*6 = 3*DP
DP = 8
Suppose radius = r
\(4r^2 = AP^2+PB^2+CP^2+DP^2\)
\(4r^2 = 4^2+6^2+3^2+8^2 = 125\)
\(r^2 = 31.25\)
\(r= \sqrt{31.25}\)
