at 6:15 AM the clock good clock must have moved forward by 2 hours and 15 mins
i.e. at 6:15 AM the Faulty clock must have moved back by 2 hours and 15 mins from 4:00 AM
2hours and 15 mins before 4 AM will be 1:45 AM

Since the clock is showing correct time at 4:00 am
And for the correct time.it succeeds by 2hours and 15 min.
Therefore the faulty clock will move anticlockwise by 2:15 too.
4:00-2:15= 1:45 am
