A team of 10 workers can paint the wall in 8 days. After working 2 days, x additional workers joined the team and together, they finished the job in 4 days. What is the value of x?
A. 5
B. 6
C. 12
D. 4
E. 9

So, 10 workers will finish the work in 8-2 or 6 days.
To finish this in 1 day, we require 10*6 workers, and
to finish this in 4 days, we require 10*6/4=15 workers.

So x=15-10=5
