The answer is D i.e. 63.

What the question is essentially asking is the LCM of 7 and 9 (Note: Any number that is divisible by 9 is also divisible by 3 hence only 7 & 9)

Hence the LCM for 7 and 9 is 63.

LCM of 3, 7 and 9 will make x/3, x/7 and x/9 integers.
= 63.
