= P(1st is 6) x P(2nd is 3) + P(1st is 3) x P(2nd is 6) + P(1st is 5) x P(2nd is 4) + P(1st is 4) x P(2nd is 5)
= 1/6 x 1/6 + 1/6 x 1/6 + 1/6 x 1/6 + 1/6 x 1/6
= 1/36 + 1/36 + 1/36 + 1/36
= 4/36

Two dice, total number of outcomes is 36
Among the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6, there are only 4 numbers add up to 9.
Therefore 4/36 = 1/9
