There are about a dozen ways to compare fractions like these, some explained above. In this particular question, each fraction has a familiar decimal expansion, so we can also use those to compare the fractions:

2/3 = 0.666666......
5/8 = 1/2 + 1/8 = 0.5 + 0.125 = 0.625
13/20 = 65/100 = 0.65

so 5/8 < 13/20 < 2/3
