We need more bikes than cars, so A and B are out. Let's just try C, D, or E. Might as well start in the middle.
D:
Only bikes = 72. Both = 30. That leaves 48 for only car.
Only car : only bike = 48:72 = 24:36 = 2:3. Yay!
