We can use a 2*2 matrix to solve this question.
The value of x must be at least equal to 40 as we \(\frac{x}{5}\) must at least be equal to 8.
Hence minimum number of students = \(\frac{x}{5}\) = 8
x = 40

Also, 1/4 of x >or= to 8
