Let number of apples seeds be A and orange seeds be R
A=4R
Trees that gree into trees,
From apple seeds, 15% = 4R * 15% = 0.6R
From orange seeds, 10% = R * 10% = 0.1R
Total = 0.7R
0.7R = 420
R = 600

Let the number of orange seeds be x
Then, the number of apple seeds will be 4x ( given in line 1)
10%*x + 15%*4x =420
0.1x +0.6x =420
