Easy one to achieve.

According to condition distance from x-axis= 0.5(distance from y-axis) and P is (x,-7) which means distance from x-axis P is always 7 unit far.
Simply ask what is the distance from y so that 2x=y?

So, Distance from y=14.

E is the answer.
No calculation just mind work.

x is either 14 or -14, thus we know that the distance from y axis is |14| or 14. E
