60n/7*8 should be integer => 2*2*3*5*n/7*2*2*2 = 3*5*n/14 must be an integer
for this to be true n must multiple of 14, thus min of n = 14
hence D

i suppose 60n = 60*n in that case, minimum value will be combination of missing factor 7 and one 2 to be divisible by 7 and 8 i.e. 14
