{1, 1} - the answer is YES.
{-1, 10} - the answer is NO.

This is Yes/No question.
By 1 : we know that median is positive. So there can be equal numbers of -ve and +ve number or there can be more +ve than -ve. So this is not sufficient
By 2 : we know that mean is positive. Numbers can be -3,-2, 8 and the mean can be +ve but number of -ve can be greater than +ve. So even this is not sufficient
Now combining both : Median and Mean is positive
lets assume the list as (-1,2). Median and Mean both are positive but number is equal. So no definitive answer
Hence answer is E.
