Stat 1 : Two dermatologists can diagnose 3 patients in 1.5 hours...here we are not sure how many hours the dermatologists work in one day is not given...Insufficient.
Stat 2: Dermatologists work for 8 hours a day....Here we are not sure the number of patients they diagnose..hence insufficient.
Stat 1 + Stat 2 : Two dermatologists can diagnose 3 patients in 1.5 hours
Then in 8 hours they diagnose = 3*8 /1.5 = 16 patients..Sufficient..
IMO C is correct option..
OA please...will correct if I missed anything...

IMO Ans : E.
There is No definite dermatologists in a group is given in any of the 2 statements.
Even considering two statements together.
Forexample: if the group has only 2 dermatologists and if they all work 8 hrs a day, then this group diagnose 16 patients in one day.
if the group has 4 dermatologists and if the work rate of all of them is same then they diagnose 32 patients in one day.
Hence , ANS : E
