(1) The product of m and a positive integer is less than 1
The only case when we can get a product of two integers to be < 1 is when at least one of the integers is 0. Because second integer is "positive", that means m=0 Sufficient.
(2) The product of m and any odd number is even.
This product will be even in case m is even = 0, 2, 4, 6 ... Insufficient.

I am not sure if my understanding is correct. Bunuel Please correct me if I am wrong.
Question stem only says m is a non-negative integer. It means m can not be -1,-2,-3 so on. It does not say that m is actually an integer. So m can be 0, positive integer or a fraction.
